It's because you have to make Clay People!! Why don't you cook some of the ones you don't like?! Oh, that would have been "C" for cannibalism...hmm..."D" for dinner..."F" for food..."L" for Lunch...there you go!! ;-)
oh, you poor thing stephanie!! but you have a really good IDEA here for i...and you still managed a clay stephanie for today, too. guess what - we are not even at the half way point - haha, had to say that!!
I relate as well - it's why I have to write all my posts before the challenge starts or I'll end up quitting. It's okay to let go of some things.... Karen
I is for lots of good words, like indolence, insanity, irritability, idiots (what I'm currently dealing with!), and hey, it's spring, so also impatiens!
But mostly, i is for Incomparable and Irreplaceable - and that's what you are!
A picture tells a thousand words. Or does a picture "paint" a thousand words....? I don't remember. So your picture would "mold" a thousand words. Or one specific word in this case. Your picture molds one word. Perfect!
Hang in there! You can do it.. although, I am nnot sure where you find the time! I can't even find the time to scan some old pictures for posts.. .. WOW..
You and your blog are such a gift. The laughter and joy wrapped about nuggets of truth that I get from your posts is awesome. I wish I could give you a great big thank you hug! My gut ached for you this morning seeing your clay figure on the floor...I can relate though.... Thank you for sharing your gift and your self with us.
This is such a kind comment. Thanks for the warm and fuzzies. And don't worry your gut...I'm perfectly ok! Honestly, if a blog post is really enough to make me curl up on the floor and give up, I seriously need to work on my coping skills. Ha!

ReplyDeleteHa! This would be a very grim blog if I followed your advice!
Deleteoh, you poor thing stephanie!! but you have a really good IDEA here for i...and you still managed a clay stephanie for today, too.
ReplyDeleteguess what - we are not even at the half way point - haha, had to say that!!
Confession: I cheated. I reused a picture from the phone call post.
DeleteI get it -- love your dry wit.
ReplyDeleteoh, how I can relate to this..........
ReplyDeletebest,
MOV
(on the up side, I have already written my "M" post! so at least one of my alphabet letters is done early.)
HANG IN THERE!! Only 17 more letters to go!! :)
ReplyDeleteIs that meant to be ENCOURAGING? Ha!
DeleteI relate as well - it's why I have to write all my posts before the challenge starts or I'll end up quitting. It's okay to let go of some things....
ReplyDeleteKaren
I feel your pain Stephanie!
ReplyDeleteWe love you anyway, Stephanie. :)
ReplyDeleteI is, legitimately, for "inertia".
ReplyDelete:-)
Pearl
Actually, I LOVE this post. It expresses what we're ALL feeling. Except we don't have to make clay people.
ReplyDeleteDon't stop. Believin'.
ReplyDeletexoxo The Journey Dork
LOL. I have Faith you can do this! but if you can't I'll still enjoy every weekly post you submit! Promise.
ReplyDeleteWe all have moments like these....!

Those ARE good words! Thank you. :)
DeleteI see..... What you need tomorrow is a Jack, a Jill and a Jug of Juice and a suitable Hill.
ReplyDeleteToday's post DOES have a Jack!
DeleteI forgot about him......
DeleteThat's all right. I'm sure your creative energy will start rolling again! :D

Even your single-pic, simple posts are great. Yay, Stephanie!
ReplyDeleteAnd now I can mark "See a clay figure curled up in the fetal position" off my bucket list...
ReplyDeleteIf that was on your bucket list, I'd love to see what else you have on there... Ha!
DeleteI can't wait to see what you have tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteUh-oh. Ummmm..."better" is a relative term, ok?
DeleteA Clay figure created by Stephanie is worth a thousand words :) (Imagine a "older" clay figure smiling).
ReplyDeleteno kidding! i don't even have to make people...
ReplyDeletebut finding images to go with my topics can prove difficult...
plus the inspiration for the posts...
i'm a bit stuck for tomorrow.. J? dude... I don't know....
I really like the word dude. Good luck on J.
DeleteGotta love inertia. And I agree...I find 4 times a week trying and I pretty much just write (and have a few photos).
ReplyDeleteYou're doing a great job (if that helps!)
Right on. And I am incapable of thinking ahead, it seems.
ReplyDeleteThat is a comically ironic post. I love it.

Your picture molds one word. Perfect!
Ha! I appreciate the mini stream-of-consciousness! (at first I wrote "train of consciousness", but it just didn't look right. Thank you, google.)
DeleteWe're all rooting for you Stephanie!
ReplyDeleteI imagine this is the day for that insight! I am sad for clay stefanie, as she looks ill, but this is still a great post!
ReplyDeleteHang in there! You can do it.. although, I am nnot sure where you find the time! I can't even find the time to scan some old pictures for posts.. .. WOW..
ReplyDeleteHa, the alphabet thing seems hard. Maybe think of what you want to write and them fit it into the letter you're up to? Anyway love the word inertia.
ReplyDeleteMe too! One of my very favourite words!

DeleteHA! That is exactly how I feel some days :)
ReplyDeleteAw...such a sweet little image. I honestly can't imagine how you manage to do this daily. You are truly my new hero! :)
ReplyDeleteI would love to curl up into that EXACT position of inertia, right this moment!!
ReplyDelete[giggle-snort] Loving your clay figures....
ReplyDeleteYou can do it! I have faith in you. :) And no worries on the short post - posting is posting, right?
